MERSINO successfully demonstrated the feasibility of washing chloride from the #9 pond at the Big Hill Federal Oil Reserve and was contracted for the full decommissioning. Despite challenges like limited equipment access, extreme weather, and wildlife, the team installed 700 wellpoints by hand and is now awaiting final compliance testing.

Our discharge system efficiently managed groundwater through a custom-fitted storm drain, earning positive feedback from Boldt Construction and hospital staff for our professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
Bypass Pumping
Mersino provided temporary pumping services during the construction of a new river water sump for a site in Wyandotte, Michigan. Due to the urgent need to install the system in time to continue critical operations at the plant, Mersino crews worked split shifts for 4 straight days to complete installation in the required time frame.
