Bypass Pumping
Mersino received an emergency call from the primary emergency contract holder, Ric-Man Construction, for a major sewer break and sinkhole formation in Macomb County, Michigan. We were subcontracted for emergency bypass pumping and dewatering services.

Mersino is partnering with Kiewit Constructors to install a groundwater control and monitoring system for two 8-acre Process Water Basins at TVA’s site in Paducah, Kentucky. The system includes groundwater monitoring with piezometers and inclinometers, ensuring the stability and effectiveness of the basin liner and supporting environmental protection goals.

Mersino installed a 1,035-foot subsurface barrier wall in La Porte, Indiana, using a custom One-Pass trencher to aid in the site’s redevelopment. This work supports transforming the historic “Harvester Capitol of the World” into a mixed-use complex with housing and recreational facilities.

MERSINO teamed with Jones Environmental Drilling, Inc. (JEDI) to install sock tile dewatering for the Kenedy Ranch Stella Wind Farm, which features 67 turbines. Despite the large site and distance between turbine pads, MERSINO installed 10,500 feet of sock tile and managed the project successfully.
