Mersino has an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Industrial Painter/Auto Painter to join our team at our Southern Service Center in Conyers, GA. Candidates should be highly motivated and flexibility to work more than 40 hours weekly.

Typical job functions:

• Apply coatings through conventional, airless and other types of spray systems
• Mix paints to desired colors and consistencies
• Perform grinding, sanding, polishing, and air-powered sandblasting to prepare surfaces
• Preparing, priming, and painting pumps, parts, and various equipment as needed
• Masking and covering surfaces not to be painted
• Operating and maintaining paint spraying equipment
• Examining finished parts or equipment to ensure proper surface prep and finished quality
• Ordering paint and keeping equipment in a safe, clean condition

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial painting or production painting
• A Good Learning Orientation
• Effective Time Management
• Ability to lift heavy objects (75lbs) and perform strenuous physical labor
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
